What they do
Upscale Latin gastro bar in downtown Orlando. Premium drinks, Latin fusion cuisine, VIP private events space.
The problem
Running off a basic Wix site and manual Google Sheets for seating. No way for customers to reserve tables. No loyalty program. Staff scheduling was done via WhatsApp and a paper floor map.
What we built
Customer PWA
Pick Your Throne (interactive 3D floor map where customers book VIP tables), loyalty redemption with QR codes, customer accounts, real-time reservation status.
Staff Ops Console
Floor editor with drag/resize, staff scheduling with iCal feeds, roster management, PIN login, integrated Twilio SMS for shift changes.
Native Android App
6.3MB Capacitor APK. Instant live deploys from Vercel — no app store resubmission needed.
Outcome
Mamazzita now handles 100% of reservations in-app. The owner updates the menu from her phone. 9 staff members sync their schedules with zero manual work. VIP customers feel premium because they literally pick their table on a 3D map.
